After an education mainly focused on private international law and antitrust, he had a first experience at the EU Commission, within D.G. IV (Antitrust). He then served as in-house legal counsel within prominent domestic and multinational corporations, such as Zanussi, RCS, General Electric and Hewlett-Packard, and was especially involved in foreign transactions and international contracts.
He then continued his career with Maisto e Associati, assisting foreign clients, especially those of the Banking and Financial industry, in their operations on the Italian market.
He has gained a considerable experience in international contracts, intellectual property, and in industries such as Publishing, IT, Banking and Finance (financial products). He assists his clients mainly on commercial and corporate issues, on distribution of financial products, and on Intellectual Property.

Former lecturer to the Seton Hall University (USA) Summer Courses in Italy; past vice-president and president of Board of Arbitrators of A.I.G.I., the Italian Association of In-house Counsels.
